Our most frequently asked question is whether our products are lawful to carry open or concealed without a permit.
While we can't answer for every state, our home state of Virginia allows the concealed carry of all of our products.
The Virginia Code Section in question is 18.2-308. This section is entitled "Personal protection; carrying concealed weapons; when
lawful to carry". As you will see, none of our products: stun guns, pepper spray, or expandable batons are mentioned. Our expandable
batons are opened manually with a flick of the wrist and held open with friction therefore are NOT "spring sticks" which are mentioned in
the code section. However, Virginia Code Section 18.2.301, entitled "Possession of firearm, stun weapon, or other weapon on school
property prohibited", does state that it is illegal to carry a stun gun in schools.
